Political Exposure

When I was selected for the Democracy Express program, I was very happy that I was going for a new journey and will have a new experience in my life. Before this I had never gone for any such program.

Democracy Express program started on 19th December 2019. It started from Delhi. where we visited the parliament. After that we visited Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and finally Ahmedabad was our last station where we ended our journey.

During the journey, we met various political leaders, social activists and other eminent personalities. Since I belong to rural Haryana it was a very different experience for me and I learnt a lot of things about politics, political parties, leaders and other related issues. So, such types of programs are very helpful for people with similar backgrounds as mine. I especially want to thank all ISD Team members for providing me with such exposure.
