Rebooting Democracy

Gen Z isn't just watching politics,  you're setting the mood of the nation. The recent protests proved it: this generation is paying attention, showing up, and demanding better.

But here's the problem: universities have gone apolitical, and the political spaces that do exist are stuck in echo chambers, team right vs. team left, with zero room for real dialogue.

We're building something different.

A political leadership bootcamp made for Gen Z, by people who get it. Two days. Multiple cities. Zero lectures, all action. Sharpen your thinking, learn to hold complexity, debate people who disagree with you, and walk out ready to lead change.

Thousands of young people already want in. This is just the start and where we go next depends on you.

Show up. Practice. Shape what's next.

Contribution

Our sincere intention is to make this valuable bootcamp accessible to everyone, irrespective of socio-economic status. The bootcamp cost is 8,000 INR. Each participant is expected to contribute between 750 and 8,000 INR based on their capacity. We operate on a trust-based model in which each participant will contribute according to their capacity.

We do provide financial support that covers partial contributions to the program for those who do not have the financial capacity to support themselves for the program. The invitation process only looks at the hunger and potential of each candidate. If you are right for this bootcamp, we will collectively figure out how to find the resources to support your learning.

To bring this to effect, at Indian School of Democracy, we are experimenting with this trust-based model of contribution to holding collaborative, collective and co-owned spaces.

Applications for Round 1 close 15th August, 2026. Apply early spots are limited.
